2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup milk fat free
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 3 teaspoons orange liqueur
1 teaspoon brandy

1. Combine the evaporated milk and sugar and place over low heat.

2. Combine the cornstarch and milk, stirring into a smooth paste.

3. Slowly add this to the heated milk and sugar, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

4. Add the vanilla, liqueur, and brandy

5. Simmer the sauce 1 minute longer. Serve warm
