Brown onion, garlic, beef, and sausage. Add all the other stuff, except the tortillas and cheese, and cook a while. Put one-half of mixture in bottom of Dutch oven, about 1/2 inch deep. Cover with one-half the tortillas. Repeat layers. Bake about 30 minutes using 6-8 briquets on bottom and 14-16 briquets on top. Cover with cheese the last 5 minutes or so. Eat the stuff and get someone else to do the dishes.
