Heat olive oil in a 12-inch Dutch oven. Add the garlic. Brown the pork steaks in the olive oil and garlic. Layer in the Dutch oven, sprinkling each layer with Parmesan cheese. Season with the wild game seasoning. Add the beer, cover, and cook with 6-8 briquets under the oven and 20-22 on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
