Place a wire rack in a Dutch oven and arrange meat pieces on the rack. Pour white wine, water, or chicken broth in the bottom of the Dutch. Mix dressing, jam, and soup mix. Pour over meat. Bake with 8-10 briquets underneath the Dutch oven and 15 or so on the lid, or at 350°F in the oven. Bake for about an hour. Serve on bed of rice.
