In a large stockpot, over medium-high heat, bring chicken and broth to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients to broth. Heat to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add chicken back to soup and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
