In a medium stockpot over medium heat, cook the first 5 ingredients for 5 minutes stirring frequently until kale begins to wilt and sausage browns. Stir in the next 4 ingredients. Increase heat to high bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium partially cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
