Heat oven to 400°. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown drain. Stir in rice, salt, pepper, soup and water. Place coleslaw mix in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Spoon beef mixture over coleslaw mix. Cover and bake about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
