Place a rectangle of aluminum foil in long baking pan. Spray foil with nonstick spray. Unroll dough onto foil. arrange slices of veggies and cheeses in layers. Roll up like a jellyroll. Pinch ends together. Make sure seam side of dough is down. bake at 350° for 35 minutes. If dough browns before 35 minutes, pull foil up around the roll and continue baking.
