Fun Fact: According to the Idaho Potato Commission, you should NEVER bake potatoes in aluminum foil, as the foil seals in moisture, making the texture pasty instead of fluffy. It is said that the microwave bakes a more nutritious potato because it is exposed to nutrient-draining heat for a shorter period of time.
