Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Cut into 30 wedges for 3 potatoes or 32 wedges for 4 potatoes. Mix together Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a large plastic bag. Brush melted margarine onto potatoes. Put 10–11 slices of potato into the bag at a time and shake until potatoes are coated with mixture. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 20–25 minutes.
Even Easier: Spray margarine does the job quickly! I usually have to make more seasoning mix.
Fun Fact: Thomas Jefferson gets the credit for introducing French fries to America when he served them at a White House dinner. John Adams thought Jefferson was putting on airs by serving “such novelties.”
