Sauté morels in butter until golden, about 5 minutes. In a sauté pan, heat tortillas, one at a time, turning with a spatula. Place a slice of cheese on each tortilla, fold in half and continue to turn until cheese begins to melt. Top each cheese-filled tortilla with 3 tablespoons sautéed morels. Cut each tortilla in 3 pie-shaped sections and serve immediately.
