Cook and drain spaghetti. Beat eggs and milk together. Put spaghetti in the bottom of a 9x13-inch greased pan. Pour egg-milk mixture over the spaghetti. Brown hamburger and onion or garlic powder; drain. Mix jar of spaghetti sauce into hamburger; sprinkle a little sugar in. Put on top of spaghetti. Place pepperoni slices on top. Cover with a good layer of mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes, covered, then uncover 10 minutes to set before serving. Serve with garlic toast.
