Blend eggs, milk, yogurt, feta, Swiss cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, and garlic in a large bowl. Spread half of pasta over bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been coated with nonstick spray. Top with salsa and half of shrimp. Cover with remaining pasta. Pour egg mixture over pasta and top with remaining shrimp. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes. Remove and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
