Stuff The Skin
Loosen the skin by working your fingers up between the skin and flesh, from breast to leg. Be careful not to tear the skin. Then, take a clump of paste in your fingers and work it up beneath the skin, spreading it evenly over the meat as far as your fingers can reach.
