Loop The String
Set the bird on its back. Slip the string under the rear end of the bird. Loop the string around the end of each drumstick.
Cross The String
Cross the string over the center of the breast. Turn the bird over on its breast.
Secure The Wings
Pass the string under and around the wings to keep them flat against the body, crossing it over the back.
Tie The String
Turn the bird back over on its back. Pull the string together firmly and tie a bow or a knot. Trim the ends of the string.
