10-11 lbs Grilling Time: 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hrs
12-14 lbs Grilling Time: 2 1/4 to 3 hrs
15-17 lbs Grilling Time: 2 3/4 to 3 3/4 hrs
18-22 lbs Grilling Time: 3 1/2 to 4 hrs
23-24 lbs Grilling Time: 4 to 4 1/2 hrs
NOTE: Above cooking times are approximate. Allow more time on cold or windy days or at high altitudes.
FOR A SAFE FEAST, do not rely on a "pop-up" timer. When the recommended cooking time has elapsed, use an instant-read meat thermometer. If you stuffed the bird, be sure to check the temperature of the stuffing, too. It should register at least 165°F.
