Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté mushrooms and tomatoes in olive oil until mushrooms are tender. Lower heat to medium; add spinach and balsamic vinegar. Cook, stirring often, for a few minutes until spinach cooks down. Mix in feta cheese and pasta.
