Combine beans, egg, catsup and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Stir in onion, peppers, bread crumbs and seasoning mix. Brush olive oil over a 9"x5" loaf pan; transfer bean mixture to pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese; bake 10 to 15 more minutes, until cheese melts. Slice loaf; serve with salsa and sour cream.
Tip: From asparagus to zucchini, vegetables come in all shapes and colors! Kids can make fun placemats by clipping colorful pictures of veggies from gardening catalogs and seed packets. Arrange pictures on sheets of construction paper, then top with self-adhesive clear plastic.
