Coat pork cubes with flour; shake off excess. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork cubes on all sides; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Transfer mixture to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, until pork is very tender. Serve as desired.
