Spoon whipped topping into a bowl; set aside. In a blender, combine remaining ingredients except crust. Cover and process on medium speed for 30 seconds. Fold mixture into whipped topping; spoon into crust. Cover and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Let stand 5 minutes at room temperature before slicing. Return any leftovers to the freezer.
Tip: When the weather is nice, carry dinner to the backyard for a picnic. You’ll be making memories together...and just about everything seems to taste even better outdoors!
