In a bowl, combine soups, sour cream and chiles; set aside. Arrange half of the tortilla strips in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Layer with half each of the turkey, soup mixture and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Tip: Homemade guacamole is scrumptious, and it’s oh-so easy to make. Cut 4 ripe avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop into a bowl. Add a chopped onion, 2 minced cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and a dash of salt. Mash it up and serve with crisp tortilla chips...it can’t be beat!
