Beat eggs until foamy. Add agave and oil. Beat until well mixed. Sift flour with dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture, beating well. Stir in carrots, walnuts and raisins. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until loaf tests done in center. Cool completely before slicing.
