In large mixing bowl, blend flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Stir in dates or raisins and nuts set aside. Beat together buttermilk, agave, oil, molasses and egg. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stir until just mixed. Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in batter. Bake at 325°F for 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
