Melt margarine in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour cook and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly. Add broccoli, sour cream, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Heat broiler. Using sharp knife, remove 1/2-inch slice from top of each roll set aside. Remove bread from inside of rolls, leaving about 1/2-inch shell. Spoon about 1/3 cup hot broccoli mixture into each roll. Place on ungreased cookie sheet or broiler pan. Top each with 1 slice ham, 1 slice tomato and 1 slice cheese. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Place top of roll on each sandwich.
