Ham Loaf

Ingredients

1 3/4 pounds ground cured ham
2 1/2 pounds ground fresh pork
4 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoons horseradish
4 tablespoons chopped green peppers
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 strips bacon
------------------------------
Sauce:
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Combine ingredients for ham loaf and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish with 2 strips bacon on top and bottom of loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with sauce.
