Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add seasoning mix, water, and salsa; simmer for 5 minutes. Spread crescent roll dough in 10-inch pie plate to form crust; press edges together at seams. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips on crust bottom; keep remaining 1/2 cup. Spoon on meat mixture. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese slices; sprinkle on remaining 1/2 cup corn chips. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Top with lettuce, olives, and tomatoes.
