Bring orange juice concentrate, honey, lime juice, butter, and one teaspoon ginger to a boil in saucepan. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Sprinkle pork with garlic salt, pepper, and remaining one tablespoon ginger. Place pork on grill rack in covered grill with water pan. Cook with lid down at 230° for 7–9 hours or to 165° on meat thermometer. Brush pork with orange glaze 30 minutes before end of cooking process.
