Grandma Shady's Ham Loaf:
Grind together baked and smoked ham in a food grinder. Add crumbs, eggs and milk; mix well and shape into a loaf. Place in a lightly greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sauce; cover and bake at 325 degrees for an additional 2 hours. Uncover shortly before baking time is done; allow to brown slightly.
Sauce:
Combine ingredients and mix well.
Tip: Cut leftover meatloaf into thick slices, wrap individually and freeze. Later, they can be thawed and rewarmed quickly for scrumptious meatloaf sandwiches at a few moments' notice.
