Tuna Pea Doodle

Ingredients

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter, diced
1 (16-ounce) package medium egg noodles, cooked
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can peas, drained
1 (6-ounce) can solid white tuna, drained
1 celery salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix together soup, milk and butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Gently stir in noodles, peas and tuna. Simmer until heated through, about 10 minutes. Stir in celery salt and pepper to taste.

Tip: An oh-so-easy way to cook up egg noodles. When water comes to a rolling boil, turn off the heat. Add the noodles and cover the pot. Let stand for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice…done!
