Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Top each pork chop with a slice each of onion and lemon; sprinkle with one teaspoon brown sugar. Drizzle catsup over pork chops. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake for 15 additional minutes.
Tip: Always use tongs to turn chops and chicken pieces in the pan. A fork pierces the meat, causing the savory juices to run out.
