Sunday Beef & Noodles

Ingredients

2 pounds beef chuck roast
4 cups beef broth
1 cup onion, chopped
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 (16-ounce) package extra wide egg noodles, cooked
mashed potatoes

Directions:

Place roast in a slow cooker. Combine broth, onion and seasonings; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Remove roast; slice and return to slow cooker. Add noodles to slow cooker; heat through. Serve over mashed potatoes.
