Combine flour and seasonings in a large plastic zipping bag. Add beef; seal and shake until all the meat is coated. Remove meat; reserve flour in plastic zipping bag. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat; brown meat on all sides. Add onion and mushrooms; sauté. Sprinkle with reserved flour; stir to mix. Add water, broth and seasoning sauce; stir. Reduce heat; cook for about one hour, until sauce is thickened and meat is tender. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Place noodles in large serving dish; spoon meat mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
Tip: Cut beef, chicken or pork into thin strips or slices in a snap! Just freeze the meat for 20 to 30 minutes before slicing.
