1/2 cup butter softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup honey
With electric mixer or wooden spoon, cream butter until soft. Add vanilla and egg yolk; blend thoroughly. While creaming, add honey gradually. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
