Stir together dry ingredients. Combine eggs, milk, and oil; stir into flour mixture. Bake on lightly greased griddle until golden brown, then turn. Or bake in waffle iron. Makes 12 pancakes or waffle sections.
Note: For lighter pancakes or waffles, eggs may be separated; blend egg yolks with milk and cooking oil for batter; fold stiffly beaten egg whites into batter just before baking.
