	Old-Fashioned Fudge

Serves: 64

Print this Recipe

   3 cups sugar
   3 tablespoons cocoa
   3 tablespoons corn syrup
   1 cup light cream
   2 tablespoons butter
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   1/2 cup walnuts

Cook sugar, cocoa, corn syrup, and cream in heavy saucepan till just a little past soft-ball stage. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool; then beat till candy loses its gloss and thickens. Add nuts and pour into 8-inch square greased pan. Cool, then cut into squares. Makes 64 pieces of candy.
