Line bottom and sides of an 8- or 9-inch cake pan with aluminum foil. Set aside. Boil all ingredients in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, till it turns golden brown, about 6 minutes. Quickly spread in foil-lined pan. Cool about 15 minutes, then break into bite-size pieces.
