Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls. Flatten on greased cookie sheet with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
Editor's Extra: Fun to add colorful sprinkles before baking.
Fun Fact: Not enough cookie sheets? Use parchment paper. While one batch is baking, spoon next batch on another sheet. Slide baked cookie paper onto baking rack to cool, and slide raw cookie paper onto same cookie sheet to bake. Parchment paper cuts down on sticking and cleanup, too.
