Melt the margarine in the microwave and brush a little on the bottom of a glass pie dish. Place the scallops in the dish in a single layer and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the bread crumbs to the remaining melted margarine and stir in the garlic, parsley, tarragon and thyme and sauté until the bread crumbs become crisp. Spread the flavored bread crumbs over the scallops and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
