Lime-Glazed Swordfish

Ingredients

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tablespoon low salt soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
2 6 ounce swordfish belly filets
1 lime, cut into quarters

Directions:

Whisk the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, olive oil, garlic powder and zest in a large bowl. Add the swordfish to the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Remove the swordfish from the marinade. In a small saucepan, bring the marinade to a boil and reduce in half. Place the swordfish on a pan lined with aluminum foil and broil for 3 minutes per side. Spoon the glaze over the swordfish and broil for 2 minutes more. Garnish with lime wedges.
