Heat the oil in an ovenproof skillet, add the tomato and onion and sauté until tender. Remove the tomato and onion from the skillet and add the Worcestershire sauce. Place the tilapia in the skillet and sprinkle with the oregano, salt and pepper. Spoon the tomato and onion mixture over the fish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
