Baked Shrimp

Ingredients

2 pounds peeled and deveined raw shrimp
1/4 pound polyunsaturated margarine, melted
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons dry white wine

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover with clear plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Drain the shrimp and place in a flat baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, basting regularly. Then broil briefly until the shrimp tails turn brown.
