Melt butter in pan. add flour, onion, milk, and seasonings. Cook until thick, then add cheese. Remove from heat; add a little to the eggs, then add eggs to sauce. Arrange beans, carrots, and potatoes in layers in greased pan. Pour white sauce over and put buttered crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
