Yield: 3 dozen rolls
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Melt shortening in milk over low heat. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let dough rise until double in bulk. Divide dough into thirds. Roll each third out on floured board into a circle. Spread melted butter or margarine on each circle and then cut into 12 pie-shaped pieces. Starting at the big end, roll each piece. Place in greased pan and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes.
