Heat oven to 400°. Grease 16 (2–2 1/2-inch) muffin cups. Stir bran, raisins, milk, and molasses in medium-size bowl. Stir well. Allow to stand 15 minutes. Stir in eggs and vegetable oil. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. Stir bran mixture into flour mixture until blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake 15–18 minutes until lightly browned and sharp knife inserted in muffins comes out clean.
