Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix oats, boiling water, and coffee together; let stand until lukewarm. Mix in Crisco, syrup, sugar, salt, and eggs. Add dissolved yeast. Add flour and knead on floured surface. Let rise until double in size. Punch down and shape into loaves or rolls. Let rise. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
