Heat oven to 400°. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Cut in butter with pastry blender until like coarse crumbs. Stir in craisins.
In small bowl, mix milk and egg. Add to dry mix all at once. Stir with fork just until all ingredients are moistened. Do not overmix. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead gently 8–10 times. Roll or pat dough into 8-inch circle, about 1/2 inch thick. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Cut into 10 wedges. Bake on cookie sheet 12–15 minutes until light golden brown. Serve with honey, jam, apple butter, or favorite spread.
