In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour eggs, oil, and strawberries into well. Mix thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Butter 2 (9x5x3-inch) loaf pans or 5 miniature loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 50–60 minutes for large loaves, or 20–25 minutes for small loaves. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove and cool on wire rack.
Combine 1/2 cup strawberry juice, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix by hand on in food processor until smooth. Offer with sliced bread, or pour over loaves.
