Beat eggs and cream together. Add orange juice, sugar, zest, and cinnamon, and whisk until blended. Pour into shallow pan. Dip each croissant half in egg mixture. Melt a few tablespoons butter in skillet over medium heat. Fry croissants until golden. Sprinkle sugar or marmalade over croissants and serve.
