Mix the first 9 (dry) ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Combine both mixtures and mix well. Spoon batter into 2 greased 5x9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for one hour. Cool in pans for several minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
