In small skillet over medium heat, cook onions in butter until tender but not brown. Combine rice, cheese, tomato, and chiles in large bowl; add cooked onions. Combine eggs, milk, Worcestershire, and milk in small bowl. Stir into rice mixture. Pour into buttered 9-inch quiche dish or pie pan. Bake at 350° for 30–35 minutes. Serve with picante sauce, if desired.
